Customers often ask us if we can recommend a CRM supplier, we really do. We ourselves use and very much value the services of julitec in terms of subscription business, julitec offers just the right functions.
Exclusion criterion data protection
First of all, we tested Pipedrive. When it comes to lead management, there are a plethora of practical features within the software. For all that though, Pipedrive is not quite up to the German data protection regulations. If, like us, you’re subject as a company to the guidelines of contract data processing, you can’t afford any compromises.
Guideline for subscription models
As a subscription provider, we were searching for a CRM program according to these criteria:
- Can subscription contracts be managed?
- Is it possible to integrate with zendesk?
- Is the solution SaaS-based?
- Is a contract offered for contract data processing?
Runs without any problems: julitec makes daily business easier
julitec fulfils the basic factors as named above. In addition, though, we discoverd the following features which made our own daily business that bit easier:
- Integration in billwerk: naturally we use our own system to invoice our customers. So our firm needs a CRM program that can set up subscription contracts. Two user interfaces – CRM tool and billwerk – would be too much in this case. By integrating billwerk, you can view the customer status at a glance. This is because julitec gets the sales development and all customer invoices from the billwerk system.
- Integration with zendesk: support quality coupled with rapid reaction times are a high priority for us. Using julitec and billwerk together has the advantage that company employees have direct access to customers’ support tickets. This means you don’t need to use an additional UI ticketing system.
- Project management: we are an SaaS product company and as such carry out invoiced customer projects on custom features or additional customer support. We use julitec here too to manage these expenses, which makes invoicing much simpler.
Thought about integrating other providers?
Integrating closely with providers such as zendesk, sipgate, mailchimp, Google and, last but not least, billwerk benefits us greatly in terms of running our own subscription business even more efficiently.
